Who is behind 123CV.NET
123CV.NET is built and maintained by Abdelmounaim Akadid, a software engineer with over a decade of experience building web applications, drawing on hiring practices he has seen from both sides of the interview table.
He reviews recruiter feedback and applicant-tracking-system (ATS) requirements regularly, and updates the templates and resume-writing tips to match what employers actually screen for.
